How a Toronto install works
- Send us the details. Text the model number(s) and a photo of the space or cut-out to (905) 518-7853, or use the quote form. We check the cut-out size, the outlet or junction box location and the water shut-off before install day.
- Pick a time. Book a 2-hour arrival window online (Mon–Sat, 8 AM–6 PM ET). We text you to confirm. A 25% deposit, credited to your final bill, holds your window.
- Install day. We protect your floors and cabinets, set the appliance, level and align it, and connect the water where needed.
- Test and tidy. We run the appliance, check for leaks, take away the packaging, and take your old unit if you asked us to.
What needs to be in place: an existing outlet or junction box on the right circuit, and a water shut-off where needed (fridge, dishwasher, washer). New circuits, new outlets or panel work are electrician work. We'll tell you before install day if your kitchen needs one.
Condo installs in Toronto
A lot of Toronto installs happen in condos, and condos have their own rules. Before install day, it helps to:
- Book the service elevator with your building management and tell us the time window.
- Ask the building about its contractor rules (move-in hours, paperwork) and tell us when you book. We'll plan the install around them.
- Measure the doorways and the hallway if you're replacing a large fridge or a stacked laundry pair.

Do you sell appliances?
No. We only install. You can buy your appliance from any store, online shop or builder and we'll install it.
Is there a warranty on the install?
Yes. Every install comes with a 1-year installation warranty on our workmanship.
Can you install a panel-ready dishwasher with my own cabinet panel?
Yes. We mount and align your custom panel as part of the install. Please have the panel and its hardware on site on install day.
Which ranges and cooktops do you install?
Electric and gas ranges, electric and gas cooktops, and wall ovens. Gas connections are completed by TSSA-certified gas technicians.
Will my new built-in fridge fit my old opening?
Often, but not always. Send us the old and new model numbers and a photo of the opening, and we'll check before install day.
Can you take away my old appliance?
Yes. We can disconnect and remove the old unit in the same visit. Tell us when you book.
Do you install in condos?
Yes. Book the service elevator with your building and let us know the window. If your building needs paperwork from contractors, tell us when you book.

Most standard installs start around the prices on our install prices page, labour only, plus HST. Text your model number and a photo of the space to (905) 518-7853, or use the quote form, and you'll get a free quote.
