What changes the price
The appliance and its connections. A dishwasher swap on existing hookups is simpler than a built-in fridge or a gas range. We connect gas appliances where a gas line and shut-off are already in place. Gas connections are completed by TSSA-certified gas technicians.
The space. Stairs or tight access are quoted per job. Long carries, tight cut-outs and condo building rules add time. Stacking kits, pedestals and missing shut-off valves or outlets are quoted up front.
Extras. Haul-away of the old unit can be added to any install. If you want us to pick up the appliance too, delivery is quoted with your install. Same-day when we deliver it, next-day otherwise. See our full install prices.

How accurate is the estimate?
It's a starting range based on our standard install prices, labour only, plus HST. We confirm your exact price from photos of the space and the model number before you book.
Does the estimate include the appliance?
No. We install, we don't sell appliances, so the appliance itself is never part of the price.
Can you deliver the appliance too?
Yes. We can pick up your appliance from the store, deliver it and install it in one trip. Delivery is quoted with your install. Same-day when we deliver it, next-day otherwise.
What if the appliance is going in a new spot?
The calculator covers installs where the hookups are already in place. If the appliance is going somewhere new, it needs a site visit, so call or text us at (905) 518-7853.
